Poor Customer Service, Unprofessional, Unpredictable.... Don't Go!

My friend and I went to this spa and received atrocious and demeaning customer service from the owner of the spa. At first, I wanted to say that maybe the owner was just having a bad day, but later learned from her employees that she often behaves this way. I would stay away from this place if you are looking for respectful, relaxing, and reliable service. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE.
